The 70JB80K 70mm Small Spur Gear Gearbox is a high-performance square gear reducer designed for applications requiring precise torque control. This product allows a maximum torque range of 8N.m, featuring transmission efficiency and durability. The output shaft bearing is designed with rolling bearings, capable of handling a maximum radial load of 100N and a maximum axial load of 40N, ensuring stable operation under high load conditions. The radial play and axial play are controlled within 0.08mm and 0.4mm respectively, guaranteeing accurate transmission. The backlash at no-load does not exceed 2°, further enhancing the smoothness and precision of the transmission. The input and output direction can be selected as same or reverse according to different application scenarios. The operating temperature range is from -10°C to +80°C, and the operating ambient humidity is between 20% and 85%RH, ensuring reliable operation in various environmental conditions. The recommended input speed does not exceed 3000rpm, to ensure performance and longevity.
