The inner gear ring of the 22JXF3K/22ZY38 permanent magnet DC planetary gear motor is made of metal, with an outer diameter of 22mm. It supports dual voltages of 12V and 24V, and has a no-load speed of 3000-6000 rpm, making it suitable for various applications. This product features high starting torque and instantaneous overload capacity. The brushes directly contact the commutator, providing 2-3 times the rated torque at startup, making it ideal for scenarios requiring frequent starts and stops or sudden load increases (such as power tools and roller shutter door drives). Additionally, the output torque is further amplified through the reduction ratio, meeting the demands of heavy loads (such as industrial valve control).
