42JX150K 42mm 2-15N.m Planetary Gearbox

42JX150K is a high-performance planetary reducer with an outer diameter of 423 mm, allowing a torque range of 2N.m ~ 15N.m, and an operating temperature of -10℃~ +80℃.
The planetary gear train structure of the planetary gear box enables multiple gears to mesh with each other in a limited space to achieve power transmission and deceleration and torque increase. Compared with traditional parallel shaft gearboxes, with the same transmission ratio and load capacity, the volume of the planetary gearbox can be reduced by 30% to 50%, and the weight is also lighter, which is easy to install and arrange in space-limited equipment. Multiple planetary wheels share the load, making the force on each gear relatively small. At the same time, the gear is usually made of high-strength alloy steel, after quenching, grinding and other processes, the tooth surface hardness is high, good wear resistance, can withstand large torque and impact loads, suitable for heavy-duty transmission occasions.
