42JX100K Planetary Gearbox is a high-performance 42mm planetary gearbox designed for various applications requiring precise torque control. The maximum permissible load range of this gearbox is from 1N.m to 10N.m, catering to different load requirements. Its internal gear material consists of E-type metal and F-type metal powder, ensuring high precision and durability. The output shaft bearings use rolling bearings and ball bearings, with a maximum allowable radial load of 80N and a maximum allowable axial load of 30N. The radial play and axial play are controlled within 0.06mm and 0.3mm respectively, guaranteeing smooth operation and accuracy. Additionally, the transmission efficiency of this gearbox reaches up to 90%, with a rated tolerance torque of 1N.m and an instantaneous tolerance torque of three times the rated torque. The operating temperature range is from -10℃ to +80℃, with a relative humidity usage range of 20% to 85%RH. The recommended input speed is ≤4000rpm, and the input and output direction is the same.
