The 52JXML200K 52mm Low Noise Helical Planetary Gearbox is a high-performance, low-noise reducer specifically designed for applications requiring high precision and efficiency. This product features a housing made of metal and plastic materials, ensuring its robustness and lightweight characteristics. The output shaft bearing uses rolling bearings, with a maximum allowable radial load of 200N, a maximum allowable axial load of 100N, a radial play of the shaft less than 0.04mm, an axial play of the shaft less than 0.3mm, and a backlash at no-load less than 1°. These parameters guarantee the stability and reliability of the gearbox during operation. Additionally, the maximum shaft press fit force is 300N, further enhancing its load-bearing capacity. The transmission efficiency of this gearbox reaches up to 90%, with a rated tolerance torque of 4N.m and a max momentary tolerance torque of 12N.m. It operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +80°C and a relative humidity range of 20% to 85%RH, with a recommended input speed of ≤4000rpm and same-direction input and output.
