56JXL300K 56mm 300N Low Noise Planetary Gearbox

The 56JXL300K Low Noise Planetary Gearbox is a high-performance product specifically designed for high-precision and low-noise applications. This gearbox features a 56mm helical teeth low noise planetary gear structure, allowing a torque range from 3N.m to 30N.m, making it suitable for various industrial automation equipment and precision machinery. The housing material consists of metal and plastic helical teeth, ensuring robustness and durability. The output shaft bearing type is rolling bearings, with a maximum permissible radial load of 200N and a maximum permissible axial load of 100N. The radial play of the shaft is less than 0.04mm, and the axial play is less than 0.3mm, with a backlash at no-load of 1.5°. The maximum shaft press fit force is 300N, guaranteeing stable operation under high load conditions. The gear ratio parameters include stage one, two, three, and four, corresponding to different transmission efficiencies and rated tolerance torques, meeting the requirements of various application scenarios. The operating temperature range is -10°C to +80°C, with an operating ambient humidity of 20% to 85%RH, and a recommended input speed not exceeding 4000rpm.
