The 42JX150K/42ZWN60 is a high-performance 42mm planetary gearbox designed for a wide range of applications requiring precise torque control. The allowable torque range is 2N.m~15N.m, with transmission efficiency and durability.
No mechanical reversing friction sound, planetary gear multi-tooth mesh to reduce vibration, the two work together to make the running noise ≤50dB(A), suitable for medical equipment, service robots, and other silent scenes. The brushless motor uses electronic commutation to replace the traditional mechanical commutation, reducing the friction loss between the brush and the commutator, while the rotor uses permanent magnet materials, has a high magnetic energy product, the motor operation efficiency is high, compared with the brush motor can save about 30% to 50%.
