The 37JBE10K/36ZY50 permanent magnet DC gear motor has an outer diameter of 37 mm and can be used in a dual voltage environment of 12v/24v with a no-load speed of 3600-4200rpm.
The structure is simple, without complex electronic controllers (such as the drive circuit required for brushless motors), and the manufacturing cost is low. The parallel shaft gearbox design is mature, the processing and assembly process is simple, suitable for mass production, and further reduce costs. Brushed motors naturally have high starting torque, and when reduced with parallel gears, the output torque can be further amplified, suitable for applications requiring high starting loads (such as power tools, toy cars, etc.).
