28JXK30K 28mm Miniature Planetary Small Backlash Gearbox

The 28JXK30K 28mm Miniature Small Backlash Planetary Gearbox is a high-performance, high-precision mechanical transmission device. This product features a metal housing, ensuring its robustness and long service life. The output shaft is designed with rolling bearings, allowing a maximum radial load of 35N and a maximum axial load of 25N. The radial play and axial play are controlled within 0.07mm and 0.3mm respectively, guaranteeing smooth and accurate operation. The backlash at no-load does not exceed 0.50mm, further enhancing the stability of the transmission. The gearbox supports various gear ratio parameters, including stage one 3.75.2, stage two 14 27, and stage three 51139, catering to different application requirements. With a transmission efficiency as high as 90%, the rated tolerance torque is 0.3N.m, and the max momentary tolerance torque is three times the rated torque. The operating temperature range is from -10°C to +80°C, with an operating ambient humidity of 20% 85%RH. The recommended input speed does not exceed 4000rpm, and the input and output directions are the same.
