32JX30K is a planetary reducer with an outer diameter of 32 mm, allowing a torque range of 0.3N.m ~ 3.0N.m, a first-stage transmission efficiency of 90%, and an operating temperature of -10℃~ +80℃.
The planetary gear box is driven by the inner meshing planetary gear train, and the meshing friction loss between the gears is small. At the same time, the planetary wheel is evenly distributed around the sun wheel, and the load is evenly distributed, so that the carrying capacity of the gear is fully utilized, and the transmission efficiency is usually up to 90%-97%. By changing the combination of the number of teeth of the sun wheel, the planet wheel and the gear ring, a variety of different transmission ratios can be achieved. The transmission ratio of the single-stage planetary gearbox is generally between 3-10, and when the multistage planetary gearbox is used in series, the transmission ratio can reach dozens or even hundreds, which can meet the requirements of different equipment for the transmission ratio.
