Permanent magnet DC turbine reducer 90JW/JB/80ZY115 is a hybrid configuration, in front of the worm gear reducer is configured with 1:10 JB gear reducer, in order to increase the total transmission ratio, to obtain a lower speed. The total reduction ratio is the product of the reduction ratio of the two reducers.
It can adapt to a variety of working environments, whether indoors or outdoors, and can work stably within a certain temperature and humidity range. Moreover, through the selection of appropriate materials and protective measures, it can also adapt to some harsh working conditions, such as large dust and a certain corrosive environment. The structure of brushed worm gear motor is relatively simple, mainly composed of brushed DC motor and worm gear and worm mechanism, there is no complex transmission device or other auxiliary transmission components.
