The 63JW/632Y125 series high-temperature high-torque DC gear motor is engineered for industrial applications in elevated temperature environments, delivering a permissible torque range of 8N.m for reliable performance under demanding conditions. Featuring adjustable speed control and compatibility with diverse motor types, this series seamlessly integrates with TEVOC systems to meet versatile operational requirements. Available in 12VDC, 24VDC, or 36VDC configurations, the motor incorporates a right-angle radiator design for enhanced thermal management and longevity. With reduction ratios of 30:1, 15:1, and 10:1, paired with motor models 632Y125-2430 and 632Y125-3633, it achieves no-load speeds up to 3300r/min and rated torque from 2.1N.m to 7.1N.m, alongside a maximum permissible load of 8N.m. Optional encoders and brakes enable precise positioning and dynamic control, making it ideal for automation machinery, robotic arms, and high-precision drive systems.
