The all-metal gears undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, combined with IP54-rated sealing to ensure reliable operation across -25℃ to +85℃ temperature range. With diameter dimensions optimized between 28-32mm, this series achieves 78% efficiency through advanced electromagnetic design while maintaining ultra-quiet operation below 45dB(A). Standard Hall-effect feedback enables 0.5° positional accuracy, with optional CAN/LIN bus interfaces for smart home integration. Compliant with IEC60335 safety standards, these motors deliver 3000-hour continuous service life, ideal for precision actuation in casement windows, sliding doors, skylights, and industrial automation equipment. The compact design maintains high power density with 30% volume reduction compared to conventional geared motors, offering customizable voltage (12-24VDC), shaft configurations, and mounting options to meet diverse OEM requirements.
