Recently, the launch meeting for the digitalization workshop project of Zhejiang Dongzheng Motor was successfully held. The core team of the digitalization project group of Dongzheng Machinery and the project contractor gathered together to witness this milestone moment and jointly embark on the intelligent new journey of digital manufacturing.

This MES project will closely align with the production characteristics of Dongzheng Motor, and establish a full-chain digital management system: through digital control of the production process, achieve intelligent optimization of work procedures and real-time push of electronic SOPs; build a full-life-cycle quality traceability system, leaving a trace of data from raw material batches to finished product testing throughout the process, allowing the traceability of quality issues to be shortened from hourly level to minute level.

It will also break down data barriers and achieve visual analysis of production, inventory, quality inspection and other data, providing scientific support for decision-making and helping to continuously improve the on-time delivery rate of orders.
