A century of glory ushers in a new chapter; our original aspirations remain as firm as a rock as we look to the future. To enthusiastically celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, deepen Party spirit education among Party members, and rally the company’s forces for progress, on July 1, the company’s Party branch organized all on-duty Party members to watch a live broadcast of the ceremony commemorating the 105th anniversary of the Party’s founding, while simultaneously conducting a series of activities such as study sessions and charitable donations.

I. Honoring the Power of Exemplary Role Models
The live broadcast venue was solemn and dignified, with all Party members attentively watching the entire “July 1st Medal” award ceremony. Everyone listened intently to the stories of exemplary Party members and was deeply moved. For decades, these role models have remained true to their original aspirations, stayed rooted on the front lines, and demonstrated a spirit of responsibility and dedication. Through their steadfast commitment to the ordinary, they have achieved extraordinary results, setting a clear spiritual benchmark for all Party members.

II. In-Depth Study and Reflection on the Spirit of the Speech
All Party members thoroughly studied and reflected on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech delivered at the conference marking the 105th anniversary of the Party’s founding. They engaged in discussions centered on the speech’s content, gaining a deep understanding of its core essence and practical requirements.

III. Striving for Excellence Through Practical Action in Their Roles
Building on the outcomes of this study session, General Manager Chen stated that all Party members must translate the spirit of the conference into concrete actions in production and operations, fully leveraging their vanguard and exemplary roles. We must uphold Party-building as the guiding force for corporate development, using this “red engine” to drive technological innovation, production capacity expansion, and management optimization; we must dedicate ourselves to our respective roles, tackle challenges head-on, improve quality and efficiency, and proactively explore practical pathways for implementing the “new quality productive forces”; we must actively shoulder corporate social responsibility, promote the company’s high-quality development through concrete actions and tangible results, and demonstrate the sense of responsibility expected of Party members on the front lines of the industry.

IV. Donating One Day’s Wages to Show Compassion
At the conclusion of the study and discussion session, a donation ceremony for the Party Member Care Fund was held. All Party members enthusiastically participated in the “Donate a Day’s Wages” charity campaign. Members of the leadership team led by example, and everyone voluntarily donated their wages for that day, pooling their small acts of kindness to replenish the company’s Care Fund.
The donations will be used to assist employees in need and support public welfare initiatives. Through these small acts of kindness, the organization conveys its warmth, embodies the principle of “Serving the People” in every detail, demonstrates the original aspirations of Party members through concrete actions, and highlights the compassionate nature of the enterprise’s Party branch.
